Delaware State Fair inducted to IEBA Hall of Fame

HARRINGTON – IEBA (International Entertainment Buyers Association), a trade organization for live entertainment industry professionals, concluded its 49th Annual Conference Oct. 29 with its Honors & Awards Ceremony. Delaware State Fair was among those inducted as new IEBA Hall of Fame members.

Delaware State Fair, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, was inducted along with rock idol and pioneer Joan Jett alongside her longtime manager and producer Kenny Laguna, promoter Larry Vallon, Warped Tour creator, educator, and philanthropist Kevin Lyman, co-head of CAA’s Nashville office Rod Essig, and booking agent Steve Dahl (posthumously).

Ron Draper, president of the Delaware State Fair, said “it was a true honor for the fair to be recognized by an organization that promotes live entertainment for all venues worldwide. We will continue to feature the best Live Entertainment right here in Harrington, Delaware at the Delaware State Fair.”
