KSI chooses staff person of the quarter

KSI recently recognized Andrew Showell, of Georgetown, as Staff Person of the Quarter.

Mr. Showell is a Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsible for providing person centered supports to adults with special needs. His energy and enthusiasm help motivate program participants to engage in discussions and activities around employment expectations. Responsible for the safety of KSI’s program participants, he educates by example.

As Staff Person of the Quarter, Mr. Showell becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year. KSI is a not for profit agency, providing vocational training, employment, supported employment, community integration, transportation, day habilitation, life enrichment, and nutritional services to individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties.
