Sussex County Family Court Courthouse employee does not have coronavirus

GEORGETOWN — A court employee sickened by an illness believed to possibly be coronavirus has been found not to have the virus.

The courts said the individual, who was transported to a medical facility in an ambulance Friday morning after feeling ill, was affected by an unrelated medical issue.

The fear of coronavirus prompted the Sussex County Family Court building to be closed. The court was cleared and cleaned in the aftermath.
