Central Delaware may get inch of snow

DOVER – The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather bulletin for Central and Southern Delaware.

“Some accumulating snow is possible tonight and Friday morning which could result in light accumulations and locally slippery conditions,” said the statement from the National Weather Service.

The Dover area forecast calls for rain likely before 2 a.m., then a changeover to rain and snow mix. Around an inch of snow is possible, the forecast said.

Snow would likely end before 8 a.m. Friday, the forecast said.
