Teachers protest

Teachers Catina Bright, Naeisha Palmer,Kristin Patton, Gloria Ho and Noelle Ruggiero attend an “Education Rally” at Legislative Hall on Tuesday. The rally was organized by Network Delaware, the Delaware PTA and PACE Wilmington in an effort to protect school funding and oppose state reductions in education staff at public schools.
