Fall Clean Up begins this week in Harrington

Harrington residents can take bulk items or extra trash to the Public Works Yard (102 Franklin Street) during Fall Clean Up.

Take advantage of this free opportunity to get rid of old furniture, mattresses, or junk in your garage or shed.

Photo IDs are required as proof of residence.

Tires, paint, and batteries will not be accepted. Appliances must have the Freon removed by someone certified to do so and tagged as such.

Call City Hall with any questions, 398-3530.

Yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves, tree limbs, and garden material can be dropped off at the Public Works Yard during Fall Clean Up and on Wednesdays all year long. Winter hours (Wednesdays from 9 am to 3 pm) for yard waste drop off start October 16.
