Smyrna/Clayton 4th of July Parade

SMYRNA – Plenty of patriotic people lined the streets of Smyrna Saturday for the annual Smyrna-Clayton 4th of July parade.

Last year’s parade was canceled due to rainy weather and this year the people of the Duck Creek area came out by the hundreds to witness one of the largest parades in Delaware.

With the smell of barbecues cooking up tasty Independence Day food and with small children waving flags and wearing red, white and blue, Smyrna once again pulled off another successful 4th of July parade.
