Letter to the Editor: Four-wheelers inside Dover city limits

Who would have ever thought four-wheelers would be allowed inside city limits, in a residential area? How would you like to live next to them?

Their noise level is annoying, and there is nothing we as neighbors can do about them. As we are getting ready to settle in for the evening, these machines start up running all through a vacant home’s yard, tearing it up with ruts.

The smell of oil and the loud mufflers. I wonder if the governor would appreciate four-wheelers next to his home. Why are they allowed?
