Letter to the Editor: Give to the people in need

I believe that we need to address the homeless problem in our community. (“No easy answers to Dover homelessness,” Dec. 2)

However, my wife and I live for a lot less than $40,000 each per year. Groups like Code Purple working on behalf of the homeless with no administrative costs going to the organization is a good example of where donated resources should go.

The benefactors are the people in need. I think we need less organizations working to pay administrative costs and more with no administrative costs with all resources going to those in need. Just my opinion.
