LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Hall for Levy Court

As the previous owner of Beyond Dimensions, I have known Jeff Hall and his family for many years as wonderful patrons of our local business’s. Knowing how vital a strong downtown is to the city as a whole, Jeff began his campaign spending many days talking with us, asking about our challenges, issues and proposed solutions for a successful “downtown.”

Jeff has profiled a small business each month on his campaign Facebook page as a way of raising awareness and advocating for small businesses that employ and/or are often run by our friends, family and neighbors.

Our businesses, large and small, are vital to our local economy. Jeff Hall is dedicated to promoting healthy, sustainable economic growth, working with large manufacturing industries and developing “Mom and Pop” shops, once so common on Loockerman Street and the surrounding area alike.

The district for which Jeff is running contains the parts of Dover south of Division Street. Though Jeff understands that there’s a clear division of responsibilities between the city of Dover and Kent County, Jeff’s focus is on establishing good working relationships with as many businesses as possible.
