Letter to the Editor: One vote for each county

Senate Bill 22 is totally unfair to all citizens living downstate in Delaware. Delaware has three electoral votes. Give one vote to each county. People living downstate are always having New Castle County decide everything for the state. We need a voice downstate.

The same with the national elections. Give each county one electoral vote instead of the state. This would give voice to each person rather than one big city deciding for everybody. It would then take 1,571 electoral votes to win the White House.
