LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Road hazards

I would like to say thank you to the people who blow grass into the roadways. Do you not know that it is dangerous for motorcycle drivers? Not only is it slippery for them but when it is picked up by other drivers and blown into the faces of motorcycle drivers and passengers, it stings their faces.

So please blow the grass where it belongs, in your yard! Think twice, save a life!

And for farmers who use irrigation, please turn off the water that sprays in the roads. It causes slick roadways and we don’t need a shower while driving.
