Burglary reported at Dover Redner’s grocery store

DOVER — Unknown suspects burglarized the Redner’s grocery store in the Greentree Shopping Center early Friday morning.

Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said the incident at 25 Greenway Square occurred at approximately 4:57 a.m. when suspects forced entry into the business by prying open the front doors. Once they were inside, they attached a chain to an ATM and dragged it out with a truck, police said. The suspects then fled with the ATM. The suspects were wearing all black.
