Drug arrests follow Dover apartment check

DOVER — Two drug arrests followed an apartment search by Delaware Probation and Parole early Wednesday afternoon, Dover Police said.

According to authorities at approximately 12:57 p.m. an apartment search was conducted in the F Building at Pine Grove Apartments at 255 Webbs Lane and 22.8 grams of crack cocaine, 107 bags of heroin, and 9 grams of marijuana were allegedly discovered. Both Darren Swiggett and Michael Collier, both 29, were taken into custody without incident.

Both suspects were committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in default of $82,002 secured bond. Charges included possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver heroin and second-degree conspiracy.
