Fire Marshal seeks assistance in arson case

MILLSBORO — The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s office is seeking the public’s assistance with a fire that occurred on Nov. 8 at approximately 9:22 p.m. on the 34000 block of Harvard Avenue in Millsboro at Carillon Woods Apartment construction site. The estimated fire damage to the structure is listed as $1,500,000.

The investigation revealed that the fire was intentionally set and considered a criminal act of arson, said the Fire Marshal. Due to the ongoing investigation, details are being withheld.
