Fulton Deli closed due to drug activity after 4 arrests

DOVER — Four men were arrested on drug charges by the Dover Police Department on Tuesday during an investigation into drug activity at the Fulton Deli at 316 Fulton St., said Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, spokesman for the Dover police.

Dover police conducted a search warrant on Tuesday at the Fulton Deli, which led to the arrest of Walter Morris, 27, after finding him in possession of a counterfeit controlled substance, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Daekwon Tilghman, 22, was arrested after being found in possession of a counterfeit controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Mohamed Albaadani, a 15-year-old employee, was also arrested for selling drug paraphernalia.

Wadeea Albaadani, the 39-year-old owner of the business, came to the Dover Police Department shortly after the arrests and was also charged with selling drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Morris was charged with possession with intent to deliver counterfeit controlled substance; possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

Mr. Tilghman was charged with possession with intent to deliver counterfeit controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was also released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

Mohamed Albaadan was released to his parent’s custody after being charged with the sale of drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Albaadani was released on $2,000 unsecured bond after being charged with selling drug paraphernalia.

The Fulton Deli is closed until further notice.
