Latest Kent County grand jury indictments issued

DOVER — Last week, a Kent County grand jury indicted two Dover residents and a Smyrna man regarding a shots fired complaint on April 17 that caused residential damage.

The indictment alleged that a home front door and drywall siding were damaged in Smyrna.

Symone Brooks and Anthony D. Price, both of Dover, and Joseph E. Swiggett, of Smyrna, were indicted on counts of first-degree reckless endangering, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, second-degree conspiracy, tampering with physical evidence, two charges of criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass. Mr. Price was also charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by person prohibited.

• Two Harrington men were indicted on 23 counts regarding alleged multiple thefts of copper wire from commercial irrigation systems, according to court documents.

Taylor J. Provanchie and Thomas E. Bradley were each indicted on several counts of third-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft for alleged incidents. The indictment listed alleged incidents in Camden-Wyoming, Felton, Greenwood, Felton and Harrington.

Mr. Provanchie was additionally indicted for six counts regarding an alleged incidents on May 10 in Harrington. Two counts each of theft, criminal trespass and criminal mischief resulted.
