Menacing charge after alleged domestic incident

MILFORD — A 31-year-old Milford man turned himself in Wednesday and was charged with menacing after an alleged domestic incident on Feb. 2, police said.

Juan Gonzales-Juarez was sought after investigation into an alleged altercation at a residence in the 700 block of SE Front Street, Milford Police said. Officers were called to the scene after a 911 call, police said.

Police said a suspect allegedly struck and shattered the driver side window of a vehicle and then fled.

Mr. Gonzales-Juarez was also charged with criminal mischief under $1,000. He was presented through Justice of the Peace Court 2 in Rehoboth Beach and released on $400 unsecured bail.
