Multiple shots fired at Dover teen

DOVER – Police are investigating a Tuesday night incident in which several gunshots were fired toward a 17-year-old male.

According to the Dover Police Department, the victim was walking in the unit block of North Kirkwood Street at approximately 9:21 p.m. when an unknown male suspect wearing all black began shooting at him from across the street.

Authorities said the victim ran into his residence on North Kirkwood Street. All of the rounds missed the victim, but struck three homes and a vehicle.

Several shell casings were found in the area where the suspect was shooting from, police said.
