Pair arrested after fight in Milford

MILFORD — Two men were arrested after a reported fight in Bicentennial Park last Friday, Milford Police said.

Officers were called to the scene in the 200 block of Northeast Front Street (Del. 14) at approximately 12:04 p.m., spokesman Sgt. Robert Masten said.

Police determined that Eddie D. Roundtree, 50, of Lincoln and Antoine M. Sturgis, 34, of Georgetown, allegedly engaged in a physical altercation around noon and were both actively wanted by various agencies. The men were taken into custody.

Both men were charged with disorderly conduct. Mr. Roundtree was found to be wanted by the Kent County Court of Common Pleas and Mr. Sturgis sought by the Georgetown Police Department. Both were issued criminal summons for the physical altercation.

Mr. Roundtree was presented for the capias at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas, where unsecured bail was set at $100, police said. Mr. Sturgis was turned over to the Georgetown Police Department.
