Rehoboth man turns himself in for domestic incident

REHOBOTH BEACH — Christopher O. Allen, a 49-year-old from Rehoboth Beach, turned himself in at Troop 7 in Lewes to answer warrants related to a physical domestic incident that allegedly took place on Dec. 18 at around 9:21 p.m. in the unit block of Stephanie Court in the Henlopen Keys.

Mr. Allen turned himself in to the Delaware State Police on Friday at around 8:30 p.m.

Mr. Allen was charged with one count each of possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, terroristic threatening, theft under $1,500 and offensive touching.

He was released on $25,250 unsecured bail. A no-contact order was also put in place as a condition of his release.
