SEAFORD – City of Seaford police early Tuesday morning arrested three Maryland teens in their investigation of a shooting incident at Chandler Heights apartment complex.

Upon arrival at about 1:30 a.m., March 27, Seaford police observed a vehicle quickly leaving in apartment complex and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, Seaford Police Department spokesman Senior Cpl. Eric Chambers said.

Three individuals, identified as Dale Seth Jr., 19; Keiford Copper III, 19; and Ja’Bron Cooper, 18, all of Cambridge were inside of the vehicle along with a loaded semi-automatic handgun, Sr. Cpl.
