Seaford police seek assistance in kidnapping investigation

SEAFORD – City of Seaford police are investigating a kidnapping incident Friday in which the male victim was subsequently pushed from a moving vehicle south of neighboring Blades.

It occurred May 10 shortly after 5 p.m. in the 600 block of North Porter Street as a male victim was attacked from behind and forced into a vehicle with their head covered, Seaford Police Department spokesman Senior Cpl. Eric Chambers said.

Several minutes later, the victim was pushed from the moving vehicle south of the Blades town limits along Seaford Road (Alternate US13), said Cpl. Chambers.

The victim is being treated for numerous minor injuries, Cpl. Chambers said.
