The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in last Saturday’s fatal crash involving a bicyclist.

Authorities said the incident occurred between 3:15 a.m. and 3:44 a.m. in the 9000 block of South DuPont Highway (U.S. 13) southbound just south of Plymouth Road north of Felton. A white Toyota Highlander SUV struck a bicyclist, police said. Police said the vehicle and driver fled the scene.

The vehicle should have damage to the front right bumper. Police asked anyone with information to contact Master Cpl. W. Killen at Troop 3 Camden, at 698-8451.
