Two charged after vehicle damaged

Devon Lefever

Jose Arroyo-Camacho

MILFORD —Two men were arrested after allegedly using baseball bats to damage a vehicle early last Saturday morning, Milford Police said.

According to authorities, officers were dispatched to a reported criminal mischief incident at approximately 2:47 a.m. at a residence in the 6100 block of Shawnee Road. Officers made contact with a person who claimed that Devon Lefever, 20, of Milford, and Jose Arroyo-Camacho, 18, of Lincoln, had come to the residence and damaged the windows and headlights of a vehicle. The person alleged that the incident stemmed from a prior incident between the parties involved.

Warrants were then obtained for Mr. Lefever and Mr. Arroyo-Camacho, authorities said.

Later Saturday, the men turned themselves in to police and were charged with criminal mischief over $1,000 and third-degree conspiracy. Both were presented through Justice of the Peace Court 3 and released on $2,000 unsecured bail with a no contact order.
