Wanted man located in Dover traffic stop

Darren Holden

DOVER — A wanted 27-year-old man was located during a Tuesday night traffic stop in the 500 block of S. Bay Road, Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.

Mr. Holden was also allegedly found in possession of .2 grams of marijuana, 504 bags (3.53 grams of heroin), and packaging materials. The driver, Juliana Hansley-Thomas, 28, was found in possession of .6 grams of marijuana, police said.

Charges included possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation, along with the capias.

Mr. Holden was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown in default of $67,000 cash bond.

Mr. Hansley-Thomas was released without bond on a possession of marijuana charge and traffic offense.
