Widening search continues for missing Bethany Beach woman

BETHANY BEACH – A widening search continues in locating Linda Lee Bravo, a 70-year-old Bethany Beach woman missing for nearly two weeks.

 Ms. Bravo was last known to be at her 510 Alexander Drive residence in Sea Colony East Thursday, June 13, according to the Bethany Beach Police Department.

Attempts to contact or locate Ms. Bravo have been unsuccessful and authorities say there is a true concern for her safety and welfare.

Ms. Bravo is a white female, 5-5 in height, weighing 180 pounds. She has blonde hair, blue eyes and may be wearing stretchy yoga pants and a loose top, with socks and sneakers.

Ms. Bravo may be operating a white, 2011 Mercedes GK3 (SUV), Delaware registration (PC444152) that has a large moon roof and chrome trim along the bottom. 

Anyone with information regarding Ms. Bravo’s whereabouts is asked to contact Bethany Beach Police Department at 539-1000 or 381-5833, attention Officer Kenny Haynes.

The South Bethany Police Department is assisting the Bethany Beach Police Department in the search for Ms. Bravo.

All South Bethany residents who own houses on the west side of town with home security video surveillance systems are encouraged to review their camera footage to assist in locating Ms. Bravo and/or her vehicle.
