Jury duty summonses have been sent and trials in Delaware are set to begin this month, starting in Kent County. Court procedures have been adjusted and COVID-19 safety protocol is in effect. Would you feel comfortable entering a courthouse if called for duty? If not, what more do you think needs to happen to allow the Delaware court system to resume its work?
