Field hockey semifinals moved to Thursday

Both Division I field hockey state semifinals scheduled for Tuesday afternoon were postponed due to weather.

The Cape Henlopen vs. Polytech and Dover vs. Padua matchups will each be played on Thursday at 4 p.m.

Cape Henlopen and Polytech will still be played at Sussex Academy.

The Dover-Padua contest, originally scheduled for at Delaware Military Academy, will be played at a site to be determined.

The Division II semifinals will still be played on Wednesday as scheduled with Delmar taking on Tatnall at Dover High (4 p.m.) and Lake Forest facing Indian River at Sussex Academy (4 p.m.).

The finals are scheduled for Saturday at Sussex Academy. With the Division II game at 11:30 a.m. and the Division I game at 1:30 p.m.
