Some of the Henlopen Conference’s biggest games of the season are on tap tonight.

Two-time defending champion Smyrna hosts Sussex Central in a Northern Division showdown with Milford hosting Woodbridge in a big South matchup.

Here’s our picks for this weekend’s games.

Andy Walter, Delaware State News: 43-22

Tim Mastro, Delaware State News: 47-18

Games start at 7 p.m.

Sussex Central (2-0, 5-0) at Smyrna (2-0, 3-2)

Central almost stunned Smyrna a year ago in a rematch that should decide North crown.     

AW: Smyrna, 36-21; TM: Smyrna, 44-21; BH: Central, 31-30; GF: Smyrna, 30-14; MP: Smyrna, 35-28.

Dover (0-1, 1-4) at Sussex Tech (0-1, 2-3)

One of the two teams will be happy to earn their first Henlopen North victory of the year.   

AW: STech, 28-13; TM: STech, 35-14; BH: STech, 28-14; GF: STech, 27-20; MP: STech, 21-8.

Caesar Rodney (0-2, 2-3) at Cape Henlopen (0-2, 2-3)

Both the Riders and Vikings want to get their seasons turned back in the right direction.

Laurel (2-3) at Polytech (4-1)

Now that they’ve won four in a row, the Panthers want to keep winning on homecoming.

Woodbridge (2-0, 5-0) at Milford (2-0, 3-2)

It’s Bucs’ homecoming but the Raiders are the ones with an 18-gaame winning streak.

Delmar (1-0, 4-1) at Lake Forest (1-0, 2-3)

The Wildcats are starting to look like a genuine Division II state tournament contender.

Seaford (0-2, 2-2) at Indian River (0-2, 1-4)

Both teams are scuffling right now but one will earn its first South victory tonight.

Kean (2-2, 2-3) at Wesley (4-0, 4-1), 1 p.m.

Now that it’s got some real momentum, Wesley doesn’t want to lose its focus now.

Howard (1-1, 2-3) at Delaware State (0-3, 0-5), 2 p.m.

Homecoming would be perfect day for Hornets to finally end their 16-game losing streak.

William & Mary (0-2, 2-3) at Delaware (1-1, 3-2), 3:30 p.m.

The Hens are coming off a big win but nothing is going to come easy for them in the CAA.
