While the weekend Northeaster has moved up many of the starting times for tonight’s high school football games, it still figures to be another critical weekend in local football.

Here’s our predictions for the Henlopen Conference and local college games.

Tonight’s high school games
Caesar Rodney (4-3) at Brandywine (4-3), 3 p.m.
CR knows it will have to play a lot better than it did last week in losing to Sussex Tech.

Smyrna (2-2, 2-4) at Sussex Tech (1-2, 3-4), 5:30 p.m.
Tech just ended a three-game losing streak while Smyrna is dealing with some issues.

Dover (2-1, 6-1) at Polytech (0-3, 1-6), 5:30 p.m.
After last week’s big victory over Smyrna, Senators are just looking to avoid a letdown.

The Knights have shown no signs of slowing down as they steam toward North title.

Woodbridge (5-2) at St. Mark’s (4-3), 5:30 p.m.
Woodbridge wouldn’t mind a repeat of last season’s 42-0 victory over the Spartans.

IR has hung tough this fall while Bucs want to stay in Division II state tournament picture.

Laurel gets its turn with Delmar, which has won its last five games by a combined 232-6.
