There’s another full slate of seven divisional games on tap in Henlopen Conference football tonight.

Here’s the State News’ predictions for this weekend’s local high school and college games.

After two wins in a row, CR gets its chance to try to stop Smyrna’s run through the North.

Dover (2-2, 3-4) at Sussex Tech (2-2, 3-4)
With identical records, one team will emerge with its state tournament hopes still intact.

Milford (1-4, 3-4) at Sussex Central (4-1, 6-1)
Georgetown is not an easy place for the Bucs to try to end their two-game losing streak.

Polytech (0-4, 1-6) at Cape Henlopen (1-3, 1-6)
One of the two Henlopen North squads will be happy to get a second victory this year.

Laurel showed last week vs. Woodbridge that it’s no easy squad to get by in the South.

Indian River (1-4, 1-6) at Woodbridge (2-0, 7-0)
The Blue Raiders’ winning streak is up to 17 games in a row since last season.

After getting a win last week, Hens face another CAA game that could go either way.

The Wolverines celebrate homecoming by facing a pretty good NJAC opponent.
